Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made prior to 23.59, 4 working days before the day of scheduled service for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made from midnight (00:00), 4 working days prior to the day of scheduled service. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. Should the client need to cancel within 4 working day period due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g. severe personal injury, family bereavement), an exceptional refund may be requested. Depending on the circumstances, the client may be requested to provide evidence.
